With over three dozen drivers and vehicles, Wuethrich Transportation needed a robust fleet management system to transform their performance data into tangible insights. Oestreich appreciates the route tracking features available in Encompass® with ELogs, allowing him to see where their drivers are throughout the day. “Encompass gives me the ability to understand exactly how our fleet is working,” said Oestreich. “The mapping feature has saved us a lot of time when dispatching drivers. Encompass tells us what routes drivers are on and where they’re going at all times. If we’re trying to get a hold of a driver, I just look at the map and know exactly where they’re at.”

Wuethrich Transportation relies on Encompass to keep their DOT files organized and in compliance. “Encompass lets me see everything I’m looking for,” said Oestreich. “The back office reports are very easily accessible and functional.” Oestreich also uses Encompass for managing the fleet’s drug and alcohol testing program. “Encompass makes it easy to set up random DOT tests, and puts all our data in a nice timetable.”
