With over 900 vehicles and 700 drivers, DOT recordkeeping was no easy task. Managing compliant records for multiple vehicle classes added another layer of complexity. “Prior to Encompass, we went from paper files to using a generic electronic records storage system. However, we were missing the workflow component that told us when our files needed to be updated,” Bodway explained. “Encompass provides notifications of files that are expiring, such as med cards and motor vehicle records.”

Encompass helps me oversee everything to do with all of our employees who drive a company vehicle, either CMVs or non-CMVs. It keeps track of licensing for all our drivers and company vehicles.”
Bodway uses Encompass® with ELogs and Encompass® Vehicle Tracking to manage driver logs. Having all the data available in the Encompass back office has saved time for both herself and her drivers. “With Encompass, I no longer have to manually go through driver logs to see who has a violation, and our drivers are better able to maintain their own logs.”
